Technical Mentoring: help your developers and your team grow
Upskill a junior developer or structure your team's engineering practices.
The problem I solve
Your junior developers progress slowly for lack of reviews, practices vary from one developer to another, and your lead is too busy to pass on knowledge. The result: uneven code, endless reviews and a team that depends on one or two people.
What you get
- ✓Regular code reviews with detailed feedback
- ✓Pair programming sessions
- ✓Team standards & best practices definition
- ✓Technical roadmap aligned with your goals
How I work
- 1
Assessment
Each developer's level, current practices and the team's goals.
- 2
Code reviews
On the team's real pull requests, with detailed and educational feedback.
- 3
Pair programming and workshops
Clean Architecture, hexagonal architecture, TDD with PHPUnit or Pest, on your own code.
- 4
Standards and autonomy
Conventions, a review checklist and a progression roadmap, so the team keeps going without me.
Case study
Mentoring developers throughout my career
Code reviews, upskilling junior developers and sharing best practices in every team I have worked with, from the web agency to the European HR SaaS platform (Central Test).

Frequently asked questions
- Who is it for?
- A junior developer who wants to progress quickly, or a team that wants to align its practices. I adapt to each person's level.
- Which technologies?
- Laravel, Symfony and PHP on the backend, Vue.js and React on the frontend, plus cross-cutting topics: Clean Architecture, DDD, testing and code review.
- How do the sessions work?
- Remotely from Antananarivo, by video call with screen sharing, on your own code: asynchronous reviews of your pull requests and scheduled pair programming sessions.
- Is it a training course?
- It is mentoring on your real code, more concrete than theoretical training. Targeted workshops (hexagonal architecture, TDD) can be added as needed.
